If you have legal expenses insurance, your policy may cover (part of) the costs of our legal services. This depends on your insurer’s conditions and the scope of your policy. We can help you review your coverage and coordinate directly with your insurance provider if needed.

Government-Funded Legal Aid (Toevoeging)

If you meet the income and asset criteria of the Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand), you may qualify for subsidized legal aid (toevoeging). This means that the government covers a large part of the legal costs. We will help you apply for a legal aid certificate and guide you through every step of the process.
